According to the will of Spyridonos Baltatzis and as stipulated by the P.D. 550 (F.E.K. 197/1976), we announce a raffle for endowments for needy girls of the Municipal Unit of Syracuse for the year 2021. Candidates should submit a complete file that will be filed or sent by July 31, 2021 to the Community Office of T. E. Syrrako (Local Community of Syracou, Syracou North Tzoumerkon, P.K. 44001).
The file should contain the following documents and supporting documents:
- Signed application form.
- Form E1 of the last tax return or statement of the year 2020 (of the parents as well as of the interested party if she submits).
- Form E9 of the year 2020 and possible subsequent change (of the parents and of the interested party if submitting).
- Responsible declaration where the following will be declared: a) The forms of (2) and (3) above paragraphs that they are true (as long as they are not validated by the tax office). b) The person concerned has not been endowed by another legal entity.
- Photocopy of the identity of the interested party.
- Certificate of popularity (registration in the relevant municipal lists) showing that the candidate is registered in the Municipal lists of T.E. Sirrakos of the Municipality of North Tzoumerka at least one year before the lottery process.
(All supporting documents must be presented in an envelope with a foil bearing the candidate’s name on the cover).
A necessary condition to be able to select the candidates for endowment is:
- a) Candidates should have the status of mayor of D.E. Sirrakos of the Municipality of North Tzoumerka at least one year before the lottery process.
- b) Candidates must be at least 17 years of age and must not exceed 35 years of age.
- c) Candidates must be single up to and including the draw date.
31/07/2021 is set as the deadline for submission of applications and the rest of the above documents to D.E. Syracuse. Applications received in any way after July 31, 2021 will not be considered or taken into account by the management committee of the endowment, in the table being drawn up for endowment of girls.
