INVITATION
The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens will grant, during the 2015-16 University year, sixteen (16) scholarships, to needy students of Primary, Secondary, Vocational and Higher Education, originating on the paternal or maternal side, from the Syracuse of Ioannina, from the income of the Spyridon Baltatzis Legacy.
In more detail, the scholarships will be awarded:
a) Six (6) to Primary Education students, monthly scholarship amount Euro fifty (Euro 50.00)
b) Six (6) to Secondary Education students, monthly scholarship amount Euro ninety (Euro 90.00)
c ) Two (2) for Vocational Education students, a monthly scholarship amount of Euro two hundred (Euro 200.00) and
d) Two (2) to HEI (University sector) students, monthly scholarship amount Euro two hundred (Euro 200.00)
The scholarship will begin to be paid from 1-10-2015 and will last until the end of their training by Branch, with the condition and condition that the scholarship holder will not lose study time.
According to the decision of the University Senate dated 12-7-2007, the upper limit of the family income of the candidates, when the criterion for the grant of the scholarship is defined as the “question, amounts to the amount of Euro 25,000 (income from free professions, etc.) and Euro 35,000 (income from salaried services) increased by Euro 1,500 for each child beyond two.
Those interested must submit an application to the Protocol Office of the University of Athens (Central Building, Pan/mio 30) by 10-31-2017, accompanied by the following supporting documents:
1) Identity Card or Family Status Certificate proving origin from Syracuse, Greek citizenship or Greek origin and age no older than thirty-six (36)
2) Clearance note from the Tax Office for the tax year 2016 of the family of the candidates and the candidate
3) Study certificate, depending on the category of Education, with a grade in the previous (2014-15) year of study at least “L. Well”
Specifically
Primary school students school registration certificate. year 2015-16 and indicative in the previous school. year (2014-15) with a grade of at least “L.Good”
High School – High School students, those in the 1st grade, school registration certificate. year 2015-16 and Primary and High School Diploma respectively, with a grade of at least “L. Welcome”, and the other classes also a certificate of registration at the school. year 2015-16 and indicative with a grade in the previous school. year (2014-15) at least “L. Well”
The students of Vocational Education Schools and the students of Universities (University sector), the first-year High School Leaving Certificate, with a grade of at least “L. Good”, registration certificate and Individual Success Report for the Pan-Hellenic Examinations, and for the following years a certificate of registration and studies with a detailed score and M.O. score in the previous year of study (2014-15) at least “L.Good”. have at least “L. Good” in the rest of the M.O. ratings).
5) Responsible statement of Law 1599/1986 that they did not receive, nor are they receiving another scholarship for the same studies from the same or another Endowment, Inheritance or Donation and that they did not lose a previous scholarship through their own fault.
6) Vocational or Higher Education students will additionally submit an excerpt of a criminal record, which has been recently issued no more than three (3) months before the date of submitting the application (It will be sought ex officio)
